I would be interested in chatting with you. I have recently started planning my exit. Who takes the hard calls after you?

Hi Pat, I'm Kirk. I run Hussar Holdings, and I spend a lot of my time talking with deck and patio owners who built their companies from nothing. Deck guys tend to be perfectionists. Clean joinery, solid footings, work that outlives the warranty. That standard is why your name means something in your market. So here's what I'm curious about: when the day comes to step back, who takes it over? Not asking because I think you're done, I'm asking because the guys who built something real usually want to see it kept going. – Kirk Koskiniemi hussarholdings.com PS: If this doesn't apply to you, reply "pass" and I won't bother you again.
